The Slow Queries. In the slow queries section a list of queries is displayed in the left hand side table. However the strength of this approach is also its main weakness.
The slow query logs will show you a list of queries that have been identified as slow based on the given values in the system variables as mentioned earlier. By default this list is sorted by impact. The slow query log will track single queries.
It lists data with the slowest performing first.
However in order to determine which queries require most urgent attention it is an advantage to summarize the slow query log. Note that if your queries contain users passwords the slow query log may contain passwords too. The slow query log records all of the queries that are fulfills the criteria specified by the slow query log settings. Slow queries are those that take more time measured in seconds than they should based on the value stored in the server variable long_query_time.
